Prenatal DNA Testing
Prenatal paternity testing can be performed on amniotic fluid or chorionic villus samples from ten and a half weeks of pregnancy.
Please consult with your GP or obstetrician to discuss the collection procedure and associated risks.
Once you have decided to proceed with Prenatal DNA testing, please notify the laboratory as soon as possible.
The lab will organise for a kit to be urgently dispatched to the nominated collector for the prenatal sample.
We also arrange collection kits for mother and putative father at local pathology.
